Q. Do I need an appointment to pick up supplies?
A. Drop-in-supply day is Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. If that isn't convenient, please call  570-387-0236 to make an appointment at a different time.

Q. What if I need to talk to a nurse or clinician?
A. Call 570-387-0236. If no one is available, they will call you back as soon as possible. Sometimes it is hard catching us between patients. So that we can contact you as quickly as possible, please program our number into your phone so you can answer it promptly.

Q. What if I lose my job and can't afford to pay? 
A. Refer to the "Fees and Costs" tab in the box on the right. You may be eligible for reduced fees or free service. Call Dee (570-387-0236) to help figure it out.

Q. Can you call to remind me of my appointment? 
A. Yes, we usually do this unless you would prefer we didn't. Just let us know!.
  

Q. Can you call in a prescription for me?
A. It depends on the prescription and what the clinician has told you. You would need to talk with her, preferably in advance. For birth control, we often call prescriptions in to pharmacies when the patient has prescription coverage through her health insurance. If you are experiencing a problem we usually need to see you
 to assess your needs.

Q. Why do you ask all of the personal questions when I call?   
A. We are  trying to find out what services you need and what program(s) would be appropriate for you.

Q. What if I can't make it to my appointment?
A. Please call and reschedule if you cannot make it to your appointment. We often have people that are waiting for available appointments and they'd be very happy to take that spot if you are not using it. Please be considerate.
