Q. Do I need an appointment to pick up supplies?
A. Drop-in-supply day is Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our Bloomsburg office. If that isn't convenient, please call  570-387-0236 to make an appointment at a different time.

Q. What if I need to talk to a nurse or clinician?
A. Call 570-387-0236. If no one is available, they will call you back as soon as possible. Sometimes it is hard catching us between patients. To ease confusion, please program our number into your phone so you can answer it promptly.

Q. What if I lose my job and can't afford to pay? 
A. Refer to the "Fees and Costs" tab in the box on the left.

Q. Can you call to remind me of my appointment? 
A. Yes, we usually do this unless you would prefer we didn't Just let us know!.
  

Q. Can you call in a prescription for me?
A. It depends on what the clinician has told you. You would need to talk with her, preferably in advance. Usually we really need to see you
 to assess your needs.

Q. Why do you ask all of the personal questions when I call?   
A. We try to find out what program would be appropriate for you and what services need to be provided.

Q. What if I can't make it to my appointment?
A. Please call and reschedule if you cannot make it to your appointment. We have others that are waiting for available appointments. Please be considerate.
