Q. How much will a vist cost?
A. It depends on the services provided and the patient's income and family size. Some people qualify for free services and others may qualify for reduced fees. Keep reading!

Q. How much will STD testing Cost?

A. STD testing is free to anyone who suspects they were exposed to or has symptoms of an STD. Testing includes: Chlamydia, Gonorhea, Syphilis, and HIV. Testing for other diseases may be done for a modest fee.  

Q. How much will a family planning visit cost?
A. Fees depend on family size, income and life circumstances. Some qualify for free serivices; others for reduced fees. Full fee patients still pay less than they
would at private providers.

Q. Who qualifies for free family planning services?

A. Pennsylvania residents may qualify for free services through Select Plan for Women if their income is within 185% of the federal poverty level and are uninsured. Low income women not eligible may qualify under federal Title XX, also based on income and family size.  

Q. What is a sliding fee scale?

A. Fees may be reduced based on income and family size. We have three levels of fee reduction for those who qualify.

Q. Do you accept insurance?

A. Yes, some insurances. Call 570-387-0236 for a complete list.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, and Debit cards

Q. What if I lose my job and can't afford to pay?

A. We can reassess income and family size to qualify for free services or reduced fees.
